Organiser
This giveaway ("FF Dream Fund") is organised by Falling Feathers ("the Organiser") on a personal basis via Instagram. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way.

Eligibility
The giveaway is open exclusively to individuals who are (a) currently residing in Singapore, (b) aged 18 years and above at the time of entry, and (c) holders of a valid Singapore identity document (NRIC, FIN, or Employment Pass). Entries from outside Singapore will be disqualified without notice. Employees, immediate family members, or close associates of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must: (a) post a video of no longer than 90 seconds on their public Instagram account; (b) include the official hashtag #FFDreamFund in the caption; (c) tag the Organiser's official Instagram account @iamfallingfeathers in the caption and/or video; and (d) ensure the entry is posted before the stated submission deadline. Entries on private accounts, incomplete entries, or entries posted after the deadline will not be considered. Each participant may submit only one (1) entry.

Entry Period
Submissions open on the date of the official launch post and close at 11:59 PM Singapore Standard Time (SST, UTC+8) on the stated closing date. Late entries will not be accepted. The Organiser's records shall be conclusive as to the date and time of receipt of any entry.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive SGD $1,000 in cash via paynow. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative beyond what is stated. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value in exceptional circumstances.

Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser based on the quality, authenticity, and clarity of the entry. This is not a random draw. The Organiser's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. The Organiser reserves the right to select no winner if no entries meet the required standard.

Winner Notification & Claim
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) from the Organiser's official account within 48 hours of the announced winner date. The winner must respond within 5 calendar days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture, and the Organiser may select an alternative winner or withhold the prize entirely.

Content & Intellectual Property
By entering, participants confirm that their submitted video is their own original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Participants grant the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to share, repost, and use the entry video for promotional purposes related to the campaign on social media. The participant retains ownership of their content.

Prohibited Conduct
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that: (a) contains false, misleading, or fabricated information; (b) includes offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content; (c) was submitted using fraudulent methods; or (d) violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or Terms of Use. Attempts to manipulate the outcome through any means will result in immediate disqualification.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter this giveaway. Entry is entirely free of charge.

Privacy
Personal information collected through this giveaway (including Instagram username and contact details shared by the winner) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize. The Organiser makes no representation or warranty regarding how prize funds are used by the winner. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice, including in the event of technical failure, fraud, or circumstances beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.

Modification of Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated via the Organiser's Instagram account. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law
This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
